Just like the Utah Jazz, we believe that our team is everything — especially when it comes to culture. So in January, the entire Degreed team converged on Salt Lake City to build and grow at our annual Team Summit. Clad in orange and blue, we put our brains together to cover all of our 2018 accomplishments, hold strategy meetings, deliver inspirational speeches, and define our 2019 goals. Everything really got turned up to 11 at the Degreed team party. On that incredible Wednesday night, we took over the Union Pacific station, loaded it with awesome food and drinks, VR video games, a prize raffle, and a full-blown casino, and then proceeded to blow the roof off.
We laughed, we cried, we went all in, we gave out a boatload of — very well-deserved awards — we partied like it was 1999 all over again, and we couldn’t be more ready to take on the next 12 months.
